About this service
We write a specification for a single landing page: the offer, the audience, the order of sections from the first screen to the final call to action, and what each block must say and show. Forms, buttons, tracking events and mobile behaviour are spelled out, so a designer and developer can quote the same thing. It saves the usual back-and-forth about what goes above the fold.
What is included
- What you getA landing page spec with goal, audience, a block-by-block structure, form and tracking requirements and open questions. It comes as formatted text you can paste into a document or send to developers; any time or cost figures are rough guidance, not a quote.
- Block-by-block structureFrom hero screen to final call to action
- Content per blockWhat each block says and shows
- Forms and trackingFrom Standard: fields, thank-you page and events
- Mobile firstHow blocks behave on a phone
How it works
- 1BriefYou describe the offer and the traffic
- 2StructureWe plan the blocks in selling order
- 3SpecWe write the specification
What we need from you
Your product or offer, the target customer, where traffic will come from, the action visitors should take and landing pages you like.
We will ask you:
- What does the landing page sell or offer?
- Where will visitors come from?
- What should a visitor do?
- Which landing pages do you like?

- Fixed priceThe package price does not change after you pay.
- The money is reservedWhen you pay, the amount is only reserved. It is released to the service once you accept the work.
- Checked before deliveryEvery result goes through a quality check before it reaches you, and you see it on the order page before accepting it.
- Free revisionsAsk for changes within your brief as many times as the package allows.
- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.

Questions and answers
Do you write the landing page copy?
The spec says what each block must communicate. Final copy is a separate service.
Is it enough for a no-code builder like Tilda or Webflow?
Yes. The block structure maps well to builder sections.
Will you build the page?
No. This service is the specification only.
