About this service
We write a request for proposal you send to several agencies so their answers can be compared side by side. It describes your company, the project and its goals, the scope, budget range and timeline, the questions every agency must answer and how you will choose. Fits marketing, web, design, video and development agencies.
What is included
- What you getAn RFP with company background, project goals, scope, budget range, timeline, submission rules, questions for agencies and, from Standard, evaluation criteria. It comes as formatted text you can paste into a document or send to developers; any time or cost figures are rough guidance, not a quote.

We will ask you:
- What kind of agency do you need?
- What are the goals and deadline?
- What is your budget range?
- What matters most when choosing?

Questions and answers
Should I share the budget in an RFP?
A range usually gets more realistic proposals. We word it so agencies cannot simply quote the top.
Is this a formal tender document?
No. For public or regulated tenders, follow your procurement rules and have them checked.
Can you help compare the proposals later?
That is a separate order. The evaluation criteria in the RFP make it much easier.
