- Later cancellation or a no-show uses up the credit.

About this service
We write CRM requirements for your sales or service team: pipelines and their stages, the fields each deal and contact needs, who sees what, and which tools must connect. Triggers such as tasks on stage change or reminders for stalled deals are described in plain words. It works for choosing between HubSpot, Pipedrive, Bitrix24 or amoCRM and for briefing an integrator.
What is included
- What you getCRM requirements with pipelines and stages, field lists, roles and access, triggers, integrations and reports; Premium adds user stories and acceptance criteria. It comes as formatted text you can paste into a document or send to developers; any time or cost figures are rough guidance, not a quote.

What we need from you
How you sell today, the steps of a typical deal, team size and roles, where leads come from, tools you use and the reports managers need.
We will ask you:
- What does a typical deal look like from lead to payment?
- How many people will use the CRM and in which roles?
- Which tools must connect?
- Have you chosen a CRM already?
