Findings (excerpt)

1. Duplicate and weak titles (high priority)

11 service pages use the pattern "Plumbing Services | Northgate". Searchers and search engines cannot tell "boiler repair" from "drain unblocking".

PageCurrent titleSuggested title
/boiler-repairPlumbing Services, NorthgateBoiler Repair in [City], Same-Day Callout, Northgate
/blocked-drainsPlumbing Services, NorthgateBlocked Drains Cleared in [City] from £89, Northgate

2. Town pages are near duplicates (high priority)

The 7 town pages are 94% identical text. Each needs at least 250 words unique to that town: areas covered, typical jobs there, travel time, a local customer review.

3. Slow service pages on mobile (medium)

Hero images average 1.9 MB. Compressing to WebP and setting width to 1,200 px would bring load time to about 2.5 s.

4. Blog does not pass value to services (medium)

The top 10 posts get 62% of organic visits, but only 2 of them link to a service page. "Why is my boiler losing pressure?" alone gets about 1,100 visits a month and links nowhere.

5. Tag pages indexed (low)

38 /tag/ pages with 1–3 posts each. Set them to noindex.

About this service

Instead of a plan that you then have to apply, you paste your article texts and get them back with internal links already written in: anchors placed in sentences where they read naturally, a sentence lightly reworded where a link needs a hook, and no link stuffed into headings. We pick targets from your site that fit each article and keep a sensible number of links per text. Each returned article has the links marked with their target URLs, ready to paste into your editor.

A link to the site, the article texts pasted into the brief, and the pages you most want to receive links, such as service or category pages.

We will ask you:

  • Which pages should receive the most links?
  • How should links be marked in the returned text?
  • How many links per article is the most you want?

Questions and answers

How do I send the articles?

Paste the texts into the brief, one after another with their URLs or titles. This service works with pasted text only.

Will you change my writing?

Only a few words where a link needs a natural place. The change notes show every edit, so you can review them.

Can you publish the articles for me?

No, we do not log in to your site. You paste the returned texts into your editor.
