Files: a ZIP archive with 5 HTML pages, the styles and 7 pictures drawn for the articles, ready to upload to the client's hosting. New articles are added by copying an article page. The pictures here are screenshots of the site.

Client: Anna Berg, who writes simple home recipes and wanted her own blog instead of posts scattered across social networks. Task: a calm blog in warm white and olive with serif headings: a home page, 3 articles from her notes (pantry staples, Sunday lunch prep, one-pan lemon chicken) and an About page with her email and Instagram.

The client and all details are made up.

About this service

A blog for a real estate agent that you put on your own hosting, so buyers and sellers get to know your area and your way of working before they call. Each article page has a clear title, the date and author, headings, pictures of the neighbourhood drawn for the blog, related posts, links to your social profiles and a button to call or write to you. Send us your articles, or the subjects and your points, and we write them (about 600 words each), draw the pictures and build the site in plain HTML and CSS. Prices, market figures and local facts come only from you: we do not add forecasts, investment, legal or mortgage advice, or promise sale prices. It is a static site, with no admin panel, listings search, valuation tool, comments or forms. Hosting and the domain are on your side.

Questions and answers

Can I show my current listings?

Yes, as an article or a block with the details and photos you give, up to 5 pictures in all with the order. There is no listings database or search, so each listing is edited by hand, as the guide shows.

Will the articles give market forecasts or mortgage advice?

No. The articles share your knowledge and views in your words. We do not add forecasts, investment, legal or mortgage advice, or figures you have not given.

Can people request a valuation on the site?

Not through a form: a static site sends nothing. The contact button leads to your phone, email or messenger.

Can it be found in local search?

Each page has a title and description with your area's name, and the pages load fast. Rankings depend on your content and on how long the blog has been online, so we cannot promise positions.

Do you put the blog online?

No. You get the archive and upload it to your hosting; the guide explains how. Hosting and the domain are paid and set up on your side.
