What was done
- Duplicates: 61 groups found (by email: 48, by name + phone: 13); merged into one row each, keeping the most complete details and the earliest sign-up date. Spending was not summed, because the two rows showed the same amount; 4 groups with different amounts are flagged for you.
- Names: split into first and last name; titles (Dr, Mrs, Mr) moved to their own column; capitalisation fixed, including O'Neil and McKenzie.
- Phones: 571 numbers brought to +44 format; 22 numbers with too few digits flagged.
- Emails: lower-cased and trimmed; 17 without a domain ending flagged as "Check email".
- Dates: 9 different formats converted to DD/MM/YYYY; month-only dates set to the 1st and flagged.
- Amounts: currency signs removed, comma and dot mix-ups fixed, stored as numbers.

Every change is listed on the "Change log" sheet (row number, column, old value, new value, reason), and removed rows are kept on the "Removed" sheet, so nothing is lost.

About this service

Send the product sheet as an Excel file with your platform's column names, and we fix the handles and SKUs, put each variant on its own row linked to its parent, bring option values and prices to one format and mark rows that miss required data. You save the result as CSV and run the import yourself.

What we need from you
The product sheet as an Excel file with up to 12 columns (an export from your store or supplier, saved as Excel), the platform (Shopify or WooCommerce), the allowed option values, for example sizes and colours, and how SKUs should be built if some are missing.
We will ask you:
- Which platform will you import into?
- Which sizes, colours or other options are allowed?
- How should missing SKUs be built?
- Should prices include tax?

- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Will you upload the products to my store?
No, we do not log in to your store. You save the sheet as CSV and run the import from your admin.
Will you write product descriptions?
No, we clean the data you have. Descriptions stay as they are; long HTML descriptions count towards the column limit like any other field.
My sheet has more than 12 columns. What should I send?
Send the 12 columns that need cleaning, keeping the handle or SKU as a key, and join them back to the full sheet with that key after delivery.
My list has more than 1,200 rows. What can I do?
Split it into parts of up to 1,200 rows and place one order per part with the same rules, so the results match.
