What was done
- Duplicates: 61 groups found (by email: 48, by name + phone: 13); merged into one row each, keeping the most complete details and the earliest sign-up date. Spending was not summed, because the two rows showed the same amount; 4 groups with different amounts are flagged for you.
- Names: split into first and last name; titles (Dr, Mrs, Mr) moved to their own column; capitalisation fixed, including O'Neil and McKenzie.
- Phones: 571 numbers brought to +44 format; 22 numbers with too few digits flagged.
- Emails: lower-cased and trimmed; 17 without a domain ending flagged as "Check email".
- Dates: 9 different formats converted to DD/MM/YYYY; month-only dates set to the 1st and flagged.
- Amounts: currency signs removed, comma and dot mix-ups fixed, stored as numbers.

About this service
A mailing list collected over years from sign-up forms, events and imports is full of addresses that bounce for obvious reasons: gmial.com and hotmial.com typos, spaces and commas inside addresses, two emails in one cell, role addresses like info@ and the same person three times in different capitals. Send the list as an Excel file and we fix the format of every address, correct clear domain typos, split doubled cells, merge duplicates by your rule and mark role and suspicious addresses for your decision. We do not send test emails or check that mailboxes exist, so the result is a clean, consistent list ready for your email platform's own verification.

What we need from you
The list as an Excel file with up to 12 columns, which column holds the email, how to treat duplicates (keep the newest, keep the one with a name), whether role addresses should be removed or only marked, and confirmation that the subscribers agreed to receive your emails.
We will ask you:
- Which column holds the email, and are there several?
- Which record should stay when there are duplicates?
- Should role addresses be removed or only marked?
- Which email platform will you import the list into?

Questions and answers
Will this stop my emails bouncing?
It removes the bounces caused by typos and bad formatting. Addresses that are well-formed but closed can only be found by a verification service or by sending; we do not check mailboxes.
Can you add new emails to my list?
No. We clean the data you have; we do not find, buy or add contacts.
My export is a CSV file. Can I send it?
Open it in Excel or Google Sheets and save it as an Excel file first; that also lets you check that special characters look right.
My list has more than 1,200 rows. What can I do?
Split it into parts of up to 1,200 rows and place one order per part with the same rules, so the results match.
