About this service
An annual report follows a familiar order, with a highlights spread of key figures, a short message from the leadership, sections on operations and people and then a financial summary, and readers expect this year's pages to look like last year's. Upload a photo or screenshot of a page from last year's report or your report template, and we lay out new pages with this year's figures and headings from your brief in the same grid, colours and chart style. Each PNG mock-up is made from one of your uploaded pages, in its shape and at about 1.5 megapixels: enough to agree on the pages and brief your print shop or layout team, not for large prints.

What we need from you
Up to 5 photos or screenshots of last year's report pages as PNG, JPEG or WebP (no PDF), flat and complete; a page from a PDF report can be sent as a screenshot. For each page, send the heading and up to about 8-10 short blocks with this year's figures, units and periods exactly as they should read; send only files you have the right to use, and another company's report is used only for its style, never its logo, brand or texts.

- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Will the charts be exact to our data?
No, charts are illustrative: the bars and slices show the general picture, and the exact values come from the labels you give us. For the published report, your layout team builds the charts from the data; check every label and number in our pages.
Is this a financial or audited report?
No. We draw the figures and statements you send, without checking, auditing or advising on them, and you are responsible for the content. We never recreate auditor's statements, certificates or official forms and never invent ratings or awards.
Can the chairman's letter go on one page?
Only as a short quote with a name and title; a full letter would mean small text that comes out with errors. Text works best as a heading and about 8-10 short blocks, and Latin-script languages are drawn most cleanly.
What about our logo and other companies' logos?
Your logo stays, but on a redrawn page it can change slightly, so your layout team should use the original file. We don't draw other brands' logos, such as partners or investors, and every page has a full background, as in the printed report.
