About this service

A multi-page menu is read in order, from starters and mains to desserts and drinks, and guests look for the dish name, a short description and the price without turning back and forth. Upload a photo of a page from your current menu or brand template, and we lay out new pages, such as a new season's dishes, a wine list or a brunch section, with the same headings, dividers, colours and price style. Each PNG mock-up is made from one of your uploaded pages in its shape and at about 1.5 megapixels: right for checking on screen, posting online or showing your print shop, but not for large prints.

What is included

What we need from you

Up to 5 photos or screenshots of your menu pages as PNG, JPEG or WebP (no PDF), taken flat in good light, with the whole page in the frame. For each page, write the section title and up to about 8-10 dishes with short names, prices and any allergen marks you use; send only files you have the right to use, and another venue's menu is used only for its style, never its logo, brand or texts.

We will ask you:

  • Which menu sections do you need?
  • Which dishes and prices go on each page?
  • Should there be dish pictures?

Questions and answers

Can you show photos of our new dishes?

A dish you only describe is drawn as an illustrative picture, not your real plate, and photos already on your page are redrawn and can change slightly. If the look of a dish matters, keep the page text only and let your print shop place your own food photos and logo.

Do you check allergens and descriptions?

No. We place the allergen marks, diet symbols and descriptions exactly as you send them; you are responsible for them being correct and for following your local food labelling rules. Check every mark and price in the finished page.

Our drinks list is two pages long. What then?

Split it into several layouts of about 8-10 lines each, for example wines on one page and cocktails on another. Longer pages mean small text that can come out with errors, and menus in Latin-script languages come out cleanest.

What can't you include?

We don't draw other brands' logos, for example drink brands, don't add fake ratings, reviews or awards, and never recreate receipts, certificates or official forms. Every page has a full background, as in a printed menu.
