Year 1 totals: revenue $212,550, operating profit $37,188, cash at year end $36,988.

What the numbers say

  1. Months 1–2 are the tight spot. Cash drops to about $2,900 in month 2. Keep at least $3,000 in reserve or delay one hire until month 3.
  2. Summer carries the year. Months 5–9 bring about two-thirds of annual profit, so plan marketing and staff holidays around them.
  3. Price matters more than volume. Raising the average check by $0.50 lifts year 1 profit by about $16,900; selling 10% more cups adds about $15,000.
  4. Payback. At the current pace, the $38,000 start-up spend is covered in roughly 13 months.

All formulas are live in the Excel file: change any yellow cell on the Assumptions sheet and every month updates.

About this service

When several loans and credit cards pile up, it helps to see them in one table with balances, interest rates and minimum payments. We compare the avalanche method (highest rate first) and the snowball method (smallest balance first) for your monthly budget and show the payoff date, total interest and the order in which each debt closes. You get a month-by-month schedule you can follow and update.

What is included

  • What you getA debt table, avalanche vs snowball comparison and a month-by-month payment schedule with payoff dates, as text and an .xlsx file with values. It is a calculation from your figures, not financial or credit advice.

Each loan or card with its balance, interest rate and minimum payment, and the amount you can put toward debt each month. You can attach a statement summary as PDF or Excel; leave out account numbers.

We will ask you:

  • Which debts do you have?
  • How much can you pay toward debt each month?
  • Do you prefer saving interest or closing small debts first?

Questions and answers

Is this financial advice?

No. It is a calculation based on what you tell us. For refinancing, consolidation or debt relief, talk to a licensed adviser or a free debt charity in your country.

Do you need my bank details?

No. Balances, rates and minimum payments are enough. Never send passwords or full account numbers.

Can you include a mortgage?

Yes, as one of the debts. Early mortgage payments are compared with paying off cards first.
