About this service
On Etsy the first photo of a jewelry listing becomes its thumbnail in search, and a ring or a pair of earrings on a cluttered desk simply gets lost at that size. Send a photo of your piece, and we turn it into a clean first photo: the jewelry alone on white or a light plain background, centred and large, with soft light that shows the shine of metal and stones without harsh glare. Each PNG is made from one of your photos at about 1.5 megapixels, good for Etsy and social media but not for large prints, and because the picture is redrawn, tiny engraving, hallmarks or fine chain links can change slightly.

What we need from you
Up to 5 photos as PNG, JPEG or WebP where the piece is sharp, in focus on the stones and not held in your fingers; lay earrings as a pair and close the clasp of a necklace. Tell us the metal colour (yellow gold, silver, rose gold), the stone colours and what must stay exactly as it is, such as engraved initials.
We will ask you:
- Which pieces are in the photos, and what metal are they?
- Which background should the first photo have?
- What must stay exactly as it is?
- Which shape do you need?

Questions and answers
Does Etsy need a white background?
Etsy does not ask for a white background the way some marketplaces do, so a clean light photo is one good choice among several; check Etsy's current photo guidelines. Many jewelry sellers use it as the first photo and add photos of the piece being worn further in the gallery.
Will the stones and engraving look exactly like mine?
Shape, metal tone and stone colours stay as in your photo, but tiny details such as engraving, hallmarks or prong settings can shift slightly because the picture is redrawn. Compare it with the piece and ask for a revision.
Can you make the stones bigger or the gold brighter?
No. We never make jewelry look different from what the buyer gets: no bigger stones, no extra shine on plated metal, no hidden scratches or other defects and no missing stones filled in. A buyer who receives what the photo shows has less reason to send it back.
Which photos can't you use?
Send only photos you have the right to use, not pictures from other shops or brands, and ask the permission of anyone shown wearing the piece. We don't make document photos, never change certificates or receipts, add no nudity and never put in a celebrity or another real person; the picture always has a full background.
