About this service
Personalised items are easier to order when buyers see their choices at a glance: which font, which thread or metal colour, how many names and where the engraving goes. Send a photo of your real samples, such as a board of font examples or the item in each finish, and we add short labels like Font 1, Gold, Silver or Back engraving, with neat callouts, so the options are easy to pick in the order form. Each PNG is made from one of your photos at about 1.5 megapixels, for Etsy and social media, not for large prints; every label comes only from your brief, and since the picture is redrawn, the lettering on your samples can change slightly, so check it against the real fonts.

What we need from you
Up to 5 photos as PNG, JPEG or WebP that show your real options side by side: font samples, colour samples or the item in each finish. Write each label exactly as it should appear, in the order of the samples, plus the caption language and your shop colours.

- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can you show fonts I haven't made a sample of?
No. Letters drawn into a picture only look similar to a font, so showing fonts you haven't made could promise buyers something different. Send a photo of real samples, and we label them.
Will the sample names in my photo stay exactly the same?
Large lettering usually stays close, but fine script and small engraving can change slightly because the picture is redrawn. Compare each sample with the real one and ask for a revision where a letter is off.
Can you name the options for me?
We use only the wording from your brief, ideally the same option names as in your Etsy listing, so buyers aren't confused at checkout. Check the spelling and any numbers, such as the character limit, before you send.
What can't the picture show?
It can't show options you don't offer a finish that looks better than the real one or hidden defects, because buyers must receive what the picture promises. We don't make document photos, never change certificates or receipts, add no nudity, never put in a celebrity or another real person, and the picture keeps a full background; send only photos you have the right to use.
