About this service
Many Etsy buyers are shopping for someone else, so a picture that shows your item as a gift helps them picture the moment it is given. Send a photo of your item, and we place it in a gift-giving scene: on a table with wrapping paper and ribbon, next to a birthday card and flowers, beside a box with a bow or on a cosy breakfast tray, with light and scale matched so it looks natural. Each PNG is made from one of your photos at about 1.5 megapixels, for Etsy and social media but not for large prints, and because the picture is redrawn, the item keeps its shape and colours while small text such as a printed name can change slightly.

What we need from you
Up to 5 photos as PNG, JPEG or WebP, with the item sharp and whole, ideally on a plain background. Tell us the occasion, who the gift is for, its real size and whether it really comes gift-wrapped or the wrapping in the scene is only decor.
We will ask you:

- Does the item really come gift-wrapped?
- What is the real size of the item?

- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Will buyers expect the wrapping and the card?
They might, so if the wrapping and card in the scene are decor only, say in your listing that they are not included, or ask for a scene with the item beside a plain box. If you do sell gift wrap, our Etsy photo showing gift packaging is made from a photo of your real packaging.
Can the scene show someone opening the gift?
We can add the hands of a figure that is not a real person, such as hands holding the item or untying a ribbon. We never show a celebrity, a real person or children.
Can the item look more luxurious than it is?
No. Its size, materials, colours and finish stay as in your photo, and we don't hide defects or add parts it doesn't have. The scene can be festive, but the item must be exactly what arrives.
Which photos are not accepted?
Send only photos you have the right to use, and get the permission of anyone shown in them; photos from other shops are not suitable. We don't make photos for IDs or documents, never change certificates or receipts, add no nudity, and the gift scene always gives the picture a full background.
