About this service
Handmade soap, bath bombs, balms and creams look their best when the colour swirls, the cut edges and the labels are clear, and a bathroom photo with tiles behind them rarely shows that. Send a photo of your product, and we make a clean first photo for Etsy: the bar, jar or set alone on white or a light plain background, centred and large, with even light that keeps the real colours and texture. Each PNG is made from one of your photos at about 1.5 megapixels, enough for Etsy and social media but not for large prints, and as the picture is redrawn, small label text such as ingredients or weight can change slightly.

Up to 5 photos as PNG, JPEG or WebP, with the product sharp, the label facing the front and the bar turned to the side you want buyers to see. Tell us what the product is, its real colours, the size or weight and the label text that must stay readable.

Questions and answers
Can you add words like organic or vegan to the photo?
No, the first photo shows the product only, with no added words or badges. Claims such as organic or vegan have rules of their own in many countries, so keep them in your listing text and only where they are true.
Will the ingredients list stay accurate?
Small print like ingredients, weight or batch numbers can change slightly because the picture is redrawn, so the picture never replaces the label buyers receive. Keep the full ingredients in your listing text and check the label in the picture.
Can you make the soap look smoother or brighter?
No. Small defects such as soda ash, air bubbles or uneven edges stay as they are, and we don't brighten colours beyond what the bar really looks like. Buyers get the product they saw, which matters even more for things they put on their skin.
Which photos won't you use?
Only photos you have the right to use, with no people in them unless they agreed, and never pictures from cosmetics brands or other shops. We don't make document photos, never change certificates, safety reports or receipts, add no nudity, never put in a celebrity or another real person, and every picture keeps a full background.
