About this service
If your items arrive in a gift box, wrapped in tissue or with a handwritten note, showing that in the gallery helps buyers who need a present that is ready to give. Send a photo of your item in its real packaging, and we make a clean picture of it with a few short captions such as Arrives gift-wrapped, Gift note included or No price tag inside. Each PNG is made from one of your photos at about 1.5 megapixels, for Etsy and social media, not for large prints; every caption comes only from your brief, so check its spelling and make sure it matches what you really send, and because the picture is redrawn, the logo on your box or sticker can change slightly.

What we need from you
Up to 5 photos as PNG, JPEG or WebP of the item in the packaging buyers really get, open, closed or both, sharp and well lit. Write each caption exactly as it should appear, say whether gift wrap is free or an extra option, and give the language and your shop colours.

- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can you add a gift box I don't have yet?
No. The packaging must come from your photo and be what buyers really receive, so we don't add boxes, ribbons or cards you don't send, and we don't hide defects on them. Pack one order as you would for a customer and send that photo.
Can the picture say gift wrap is free?
Only if your brief says so and it is true. If wrap is a paid option in your listing, say that in the caption, for example Gift wrap available, so buyers aren't surprised at checkout.
Will my logo sticker stay sharp?
A large logo usually stays close to yours, but small text on stickers and tape can change slightly because the picture is redrawn. Check it, and ask for a revision if your shop name looks off.
Which photos won't you use?
Only photos you have the right to use; packaging photos from other shops, or brand boxes you don't really use, are not suitable, and anyone shown must agree. We don't make document photos, never change receipts, invoices or certificates, add no nudity, never put in a celebrity or another real person, and every picture has a full background.
