About this service
Buyers want to see how a product looks in real life. Send a photo of your product, and we place it in a fitting scene, as if it were really there: a mug on a kitchen counter, a lamp in a cosy living room, a notebook on a desk, a tent outdoors, a candle on a festive gift table. The light, shadows and scale are matched to the scene, so the product looks natural and not pasted in. We keep the product itself as it is; only the setting around it is new. Props in the scene, such as a plant or a cup, are decor and not part of what you sell. You upload up to 5 photos (PNG, JPEG or WebP), and each finished picture is made from one of them. You get PNG images of about 1.5 megapixels, square or in the shape you ask for: good for screens, marketplaces and social media, not for large prints. The picture is redrawn, so the product keeps its shape and colours, but small details can differ: small text, labels and logos on the product may change slightly; check the result and ask for a revision.

What we need from you
Up to 5 photos as PNG, JPEG or WebP, where the product is sharp and fully in the frame; a photo on a plain background works best. Tell us the scene and mood you want, the real size of the product so the scale looks right, the shape of the picture and where it will be used.

- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Will buyers think the props are included?
Props are decor only. If a buyer might think they come with the product, say in the listing what is included, or ask us for a simpler scene.
Can you show the product in use, with a person?
We can add hands or a figure that is not a real person, for example a hand holding a mug. We never put in a celebrity or a real person, and we do not show children.
Will the marketplace accept the picture?
We follow the usual rules for listing images, but each marketplace sets and changes its own, and only it decides. Check its current image rules, such as the background colour, how much of the frame the product fills and the minimum size, and tell us in the brief.
Can you hide a defect or make the product look better than it is?
No. We never make a product look different from what the buyer will get: we do not hide defects, change its size or colour, or add features, parts or accessories it does not have. If something on the product came out different, ask for a revision.
Which photos won't you work with?
We do not make photos for passports, IDs, visas or other documents, and we never change documents, certificates or receipts. No nudity or sexual content, nothing that makes minors look suggestive, and we never put in a celebrity or another real person. Our pictures always have a full background, so a transparent PNG is not available.
Can I send any photo?
Send only photos you have the right to use, and get the permission of any people in them. Photos taken from other sellers, brands or websites are not suitable.
