About this service
Clear care instructions in the gallery help buyers keep a handmade item looking good and save you answering the same questions: how to wash a knitted hat, oil a cutting board, trim a candle wick or clean a silver ring. Send a photo of your item and your care steps, and we lay them out as short captions or a few numbered points beside the product. Each PNG is made from one of your photos at about 1.5 megapixels, for Etsy and social media, not for large prints; every word and number comes only from your brief, so check the spelling, temperatures and times, and since the picture is redrawn, small details on the item can change slightly.

What we need from you
Up to 5 photos as PNG, JPEG or WebP, with the item sharp and whole and some free space around it for the text. Write your care steps exactly as they should appear, up to about 6 short ones with exact temperatures and times, plus the language and your shop colours.

- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can you use official laundry care symbols?
Symbols drawn into a picture may not match the official ones exactly, so we suggest short words instead, or simple icons that only decorate the text. Labelling rules for textiles differ between countries, so check them and keep any required care label on the real item.
Can you write the care instructions for me?
No, we use only your wording, because you know your materials and finish best. If you're unsure, check the yarn band, your wax supplier's guidance or the label of the oil you used.
How much text fits?
Up to about 6 short points of a few words each, so Hand wash cold works better than a full sentence. Longer instructions belong on a care card in the parcel or in your listing text.
Is there anything you won't show?
We won't show the item in better condition than it is, add features it doesn't have or hide wear and defects. We don't make document photos, never change certificates or receipts, add no nudity, never put in a celebrity or another real person, and every picture has a full background; send only photos you have the right to use.
