- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.

Do you see real sales numbers?
We see what Etsy shows publicly: shop sales counts, reviews and bestseller badges. Exact sales per listing are not public, so we say what the signals suggest.
Can you write my listings too?
Not in this order. Listing titles and descriptions are available as a separate service.
Do you check if a design is copyrighted?
No. Avoid copying other sellers' designs and check trademarks for any names or characters you use.
