About this service
Marketplaces want product photos in a set shape, most often a 1:1 square and sometimes 3:4 or 4:5, and a tall bottle or wide sofa often doesn't fit without cropping. We extend the background around your product so it sits whole and centred in the shape your marketplace asks for, with the new space matching the studio backdrop, table or room. Each picture is about 1.5 megapixels, which as a square is over 1200 pixels per side, enough for zoom on many marketplaces.
What is included
- What you getYour product photos refitted to the marketplace shape as PNG files of about 1.5 megapixels, one per format in your package, ready to upload to your listing. Each picture is made from one of your photos.

What we need from you
Up to 5 product photos (PNG, JPEG or WebP) you have the right to use, and the marketplace's image rules or the shape it asks for. Tell us which photo is the main image and how much of the frame the product should fill. We don't refit passport or ID photos, never change documents or receipts, and don't work with nudity or face swaps.
We will ask you:
- Which marketplace and shape do you need?
- How much of the frame should the product fill?
- Which photo is the main image?

Questions and answers
Can I use the refitted photo as the main listing image?
The product itself stays as in your photo and only the background is extended with recreated space, so it usually works. Some platforms have strict main-image rules, such as a pure white background on Amazon, so check them, and for white backgrounds use a background change instead.
Will labels and logos on the product stay exact?
The picture is redrawn, so small print on labels can shift slightly. Check every label and size marking before you publish, and ask for a revision if anything changed.
Can you get the exact pixels the marketplace wants?
You get the right proportion at about 1.5 megapixels. If the platform asks for, say, 2000 x 2000 pixels, enlarge it in your editor, though it will be a little softer than a native high-resolution photo.
Will you add badges like "Sale" or "New"?
No, the photos come without text or badges, and many marketplaces forbid them on the main image anyway. Add them only where the platform allows.
