About this service
Buyers open an order confirmation looking for facts, often more than once, so it should put the essentials in order: a thank-you and order number, the items with quantities and prices, the totals, delivery address and expected date, and where to get help or track the parcel. We draw this transactional email in the style of your marketing emails or site, so the first message after paying looks as cared for as your shop. Each picture is made from one of your screenshots as an upright 2:3 PNG mock-up of about 1.5 megapixels, like an email opened on a phone, whatever the shape of the upload; it is a picture with sample data, not HTML code, a receipt or a platform template.

What we need from you
Up to 5 sharp screenshots as PNG, JPEG or WebP (no PDF) of your emails or shop, from files you have the right to use, or a sample used only for its style. Send the headline, the blocks you need and sample items, totals and button labels; never send a real customer's name, address or order.

You pay when you order, but the money is released only for accepted work.

- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Is this a receipt or invoice?
No. It is a picture of how your confirmation email could look, filled with sample data. We never make, change or recreate receipts, invoices, documents or official forms, the picture is not proof of any purchase, and we add no fake reviews or ratings to it; your shop platform sends the real emails with real order data.
Can I apply it to my Shopify notifications?
You get PNG pictures, not HTML code, not a Figma file and not a notification template for Shopify, WooCommerce or another platform, and we change nothing in your shop. Check what your platform currently lets you edit in its notification templates, then rebuild the email from the picture.
Will the numbers in the picture add up?
We draw the sample numbers you send, but small text can come out imperfect and Latin-script text works best, so check every figure and word. The picture is an upright 2:3 picture like an email on a phone, even from a wide screenshot, and because it is redrawn your logo and icons may change slightly. We don't add other brands' logos, such as carrier or payment icons.
