About this service
A welcome email reaches people right after they sign up, while they still remember why, so it should say thanks, tell them in a line or two what they will receive and how often, deliver any promised gift or code and point to one first step, such as your bestsellers or your story. We draw a welcome email, or a short welcome series, in the style of your existing emails or site, so the first message already feels like the brand people signed up for. Each picture is made from one of your screenshots as an upright 2:3 PNG mock-up of about 1.5 megapixels, like an email opened on a phone, whatever the shape of the upload; it is a picture, not HTML or an email platform template.

What we need from you
Up to 5 sharp screenshots as PNG, JPEG or WebP (no PDF) of your emails or website, from files you have the right to use, or a sample used only for its style. Send the greeting, what subscribers will get, any welcome code and the button labels exactly; for a series, say what each email covers.
We will ask you:

- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can you design a whole welcome series?
Yes, within your package: three or five mock-ups can cover the first emails of a series, such as the welcome, your story and a first offer, all in the same style. Each picture is made from one of your uploads and is an upright 2:3 picture like an email on a phone, even from a wide screenshot.
Will it plug into my sign-up form?
No. You get PNG pictures, not HTML code, not a Figma file and not a flow for Mailchimp, Klaviyo or another platform; we set up nothing in your account. You or your developer rebuild the emails in your editor and connect them to your sign-up form.
Can I show social icons in the footer?
We don't draw other brands' logos, so social and app store links appear as neutral icons or plain text. Your own logo is fine; because the picture is redrawn, it may change slightly. We never add fake reviews, ratings or awards, and never change documents or official forms.
Will the greeting be spelled right?
Your headline, code and buttons are drawn into the picture, so keep them short and check every word; body text appears as placeholder lines. Small text can come out imperfect, and Latin-script languages come out cleanest.
