About this service

A weekly newsletter works when readers recognise it at once and can skim it in a minute: the same header every week, a short intro, three to five story blocks with a picture, a line of text and a read-more link, and a calm footer. We take a screenshot of one of your past emails and draw new issues in the same style, with this week's headings and sections laid out the way your readers already know. Each picture is made from one of your screenshots as an upright 2:3 PNG mock-up of about 1.5 megapixels, like an email opened on a phone, whatever the shape of the upload; it is a picture of the email, not HTML email code, a Figma file or a template for your email platform.

What we need from you

Up to 5 sharp screenshots of past newsletters as PNG, JPEG or WebP (no PDF), from emails you have the right to use, or a sample used only for its style. For each issue send the headings of its stories, short teaser lines and button labels exactly as they should read; long article text appears as placeholder lines.

We will ask you:

Questions and answers

Can I load this into Mailchimp?

No. You get PNG pictures, not HTML email code and not a template for Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Brevo or any other email platform, and we don't change anything in your account. You or your developer rebuild the issue in your email editor, where the text stays live and links work.

My past email screenshot is wide. Is that a problem?

No. Every picture in this offer is an upright 2:3 picture of about 1024 x 1536 pixels, like an email on a phone, whatever the shape of the upload. A long issue is shown in a compact form, so for detail split it into several mock-ups; in a real send, keep in mind that Gmail, for example, clips very long messages.

Will the story headings be exact?

Headings and buttons are drawn into the picture, so keep them short and check every word; teaser text appears as short lines and small text can come out imperfect. Latin-script languages come out cleanest, and because the picture is redrawn your logo and icons may change slightly.

Can I use another newsletter I like?

Yes, for its style only. We never take its logo, name or texts, draw no other brands' logos such as social network icons, and we don't make fake reviews or ratings or change documents or official forms; your stories and name go in.
