Should I publish the OTE?
Usually yes: postings with clear numbers get more serious applicants. In some places pay ranges are required by law, so check your local rules.
What if the role is commission only?
We state it openly and explain how commission works, which saves you time with people who need a base salary.
Do you check the text against labor law?
