About this service
We write a privacy policy that describes what your website really does with visitor data: contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, orders, analytics and embedded tools such as maps or chat widgets. Each section names the data, why you collect it, which services receive it and how a visitor can ask for it to be deleted. If your visitors are in the EU, the UK or California, we add the sections usually expected under GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA.
What is included
- What you getA privacy policy filled in with your site details, as text ready to paste into a page, plus a checklist of points to confirm. It is a template, not legal advice: have a lawyer check it for your country before you publish.

The site address, the owner name and country, the forms and services on the site (analytics, newsletter, payments, chat) and where your visitors are.
We will ask you:
- Which forms and services does the site use?
- Where is the business registered, and where are your visitors?
- Do you sell on the site or only publish content?

Questions and answers
Do I need a policy if the site only has a contact form?
Usually yes: the form collects names and emails, and many laws and services like analytics tools expect a policy that says what you do with them.
Will it cover GDPR and CCPA?
We include the sections those laws usually expect for the audiences you name, but compliance also depends on how you actually handle data, so a local lawyer should review it.
Do you look through my site to find the tools?
We do not access your site or its settings. List the forms and services in the brief: the policy covers what you tell us about.
