About this service
A brand deal goes wrong when the post goes live late, without the agreed link, or without the ad label the platform requires. We write a collaboration agreement that fixes the deliverables (posts, stories, videos, dates), approval of drafts, ad disclosure such as #ad or a paid partnership tag, usage rights for your own ads, exclusivity and payment. It works for brands hiring creators and for creators who want their own standard contract.
What is included
- What you getAn influencer agreement filled in with your campaign terms as text ready for a document or e-signature, plus a checklist. You also get it as a Word (.docx) file. It is a template, not legal advice: have a lawyer check it for your country, including local ad labeling rules.

What we need from you
Whether you are the brand or the creator, platforms and content formats, dates, payment (fee, products or commission), and how long the brand may use the content.
We will ask you:
- Are you the brand or the creator?
- Which platforms and formats?
- How is the creator paid?
- May the brand use the content in its own ads, and for how long?

- Fixed priceThe package price does not change after you pay.
- The money is reservedWhen you pay, the amount is only reserved. It is released to the service once you accept the work.
- Checked before deliveryEvery result goes through a quality check before it reaches you, and you see it on the order page before accepting it.
- Free revisionsAsk for changes within your brief as many times as the package allows.
- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.

Questions and answers
Do I need to label the post as an ad?
In most countries yes, and platforms have their own paid partnership tools. The agreement makes disclosure the creator's duty and names the label to use.
What if the post underperforms?
Contracts usually pay for agreed posts, not results. If you want a bonus for reach or sales, we write it as a separate clause.
Does it cover gifted products only?
Yes. We describe the products as the payment and state what the creator owes in return.
