About this service
Affiliate programs attract partners who bid on your brand name, post coupon codes on deal sites or send fake leads, unless the terms forbid it in advance. We write affiliate program terms that set the commission and cookie window, when a sale counts and when it is reversed after a refund, payout thresholds and dates, allowed and banned traffic sources, and disclosure duties for partners. The text fits a program run in your own software or on networks and platforms like Impact, PartnerStack or Shopify apps.
What is included
- What you getAffiliate program terms as text for your partner sign-up page, plus a checklist of settings to match in your tracking tool. You also get it as a Word (.docx) file. It is a template, not legal advice: have a lawyer check it for your country.

Questions and answers
Can I hold commissions until the refund period ends?
Yes, that is common. We add a holding period that matches your refund window.
Will it work on an affiliate network?
Networks have their own base terms. Ours sit on top as your program rules, so check they do not conflict with the network agreement.
Do partners have to disclose that they earn money?
In many countries yes. The terms make it the partner's obligation and give an example disclosure line.
