This is a template to adapt to your business, not legal advice.

About this service
A SaaS product needs terms that match how it actually sells: free trials, monthly and annual plans, seats, usage limits and renewals. We write terms of service that cover subscriptions and cancellation, acceptable use, customer data and who owns it, uptime and support wording, liability limits and what happens when an account is closed. Each clause is filled in with your plans and policies, not left as generic placeholders.

What we need from you
What the product does, your plans and trial, billing and refund rules, whether customers upload their own data, and your company details and country.
We will ask you:
- What does the product do, and who buys it?
- How do plans, trials and refunds work?
- Do customers upload their own data or files?
- Where is your company registered?

Payment protection
You pay when you order, but the money is released only for accepted work.
- Fixed priceThe package price does not change after you pay.
- The money is reservedWhen you pay, the amount is only reserved. It is released to the service once you accept the work.
- Checked before deliveryEvery result goes through a quality check before it reaches you, and you see it on the order page before accepting it.
- Free revisionsAsk for changes within your brief as many times as the package allows.
- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
B2B or B2C: does it matter?
Yes. Consumer laws limit what you can say about refunds and liability, so tell us who your customers are and we write for that case.
Do I also need a privacy policy and a DPA?
Usually yes. They are separate documents: order a privacy policy or a data processing agreement as their own offers.
Can you include an SLA?
We can add a short service level section with the uptime and support times you give us. We do not set those numbers for you.
