About this service
Course creators lose money and reputation on two things: refund requests after a student has watched everything, and paid lessons shared in public chats. We write terms for your course that set access length, the refund window and its conditions, payment plans and what happens on a missed installment, a ban on sharing logins and materials, and the fact that results depend on the student. The text suits course platforms like Teachable, Thinkific, Kajabi or GetCourse and your own site.
What is included
- What you getCourse terms and refund rules as text for your checkout and sales page, plus a checklist. You also get it as a Word (.docx) file. It is a template, not legal advice: have a lawyer check it for your country, especially consumer refund rights.

What we need from you
The course format and length, how long access lasts, price and payment plans, your refund rules, the platform you sell on, and where your students are.
We will ask you:
- What is the course, and how is it delivered?
- What are your refund rules?
- Which platform do you sell on?
- Where are most of your students?

Payment protection
You pay when you order, but the money is released only for accepted work.
- Fixed priceThe package price does not change after you pay.
- The money is reservedWhen you pay, the amount is only reserved. It is released to the service once you accept the work.
- Checked before deliveryEvery result goes through a quality check before it reaches you, and you see it on the order page before accepting it.
- Free revisionsAsk for changes within your brief as many times as the package allows.
- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can I refuse all refunds?
Consumer laws in many countries give a right to withdraw from online purchases unless the buyer waives it at checkout. We write the wording; a lawyer confirms what works where your students are.
Will it stop people sharing my course?
Terms do not block piracy, but they give you clear grounds to cut access and send takedown requests.
Do I also need a privacy policy?
Yes, if you collect student emails or payments. It is a separate document you can order as its own offer.
