About this service

We prepare an employment agreement template for the role you are hiring for: job title and duties, start date, probation, working hours, place of work, pay, overtime, holidays and sick leave, notice periods, confidentiality and ownership of work. The template uses the country you name as a reference point and marks every clause where local labour law sets minimums you must check. It is meant for an employer making a first or a cleaner standard contract.

What is included

  • What you getA filled-in employment agreement template with your company, role and terms, as text and as a .docx file, plus a list of clauses to check against local law. It is a template, not legal advice: have a lawyer in your country check it before use.

Your company and country, the role, full-time or part-time, pay and benefits, hours, probation, holidays, notice period and any confidentiality or non-compete terms you want. Your current contract can be attached as Word or PDF.

We will ask you:

  • What pay, hours and probation do you offer?
  • Do you need confidentiality or non-compete clauses?

Questions and answers

Is this legal advice?

No. It is a template for information. Labour law sets mandatory rules that differ by country and region, so have a local employment lawyer check it.

Can it be used for contractors?

No. Contractors need a service agreement, and treating an employee as a contractor can be risky. Order a freelance service agreement instead.

Will it match my country's official forms?

Some countries require set forms or registration of employment contracts. We note this in the checklist; your lawyer or HR office confirms it.
