About this service
Gyms, climbing walls, tour operators and event organizers ask participants to sign a waiver so they understand the risks before they take part. We write a waiver that describes the activity and its specific risks, the participant's health declaration, rules they must follow, consent to first aid, photo use if you need it, and a release of claims as far as your law allows. A short version suits a check-in tablet or an online booking form.
What is included
- What you getA liability waiver with a health declaration as text for a paper form or online booking, plus a short check-in version and a checklist. You also get it as a Word (.docx) file. It is a template, not legal advice: have a lawyer check it for your country, since waivers are limited in many places.

- What are the main risks?
- Do minors take part?
- Which country and region do you operate in?

Questions and answers
Does a waiver protect me from every claim?
No. Many countries do not allow waiving liability for gross negligence or injury, and some limit waivers further. It still records that the participant was warned.
Can people sign it online?
Yes, the text works in booking forms and e-signature tools. Keep a record of who signed and when.
Does it replace insurance?
No. A waiver works alongside your liability insurance, not instead of it.
