Numbers and quotes come only from your material, so every figure in the story is one you can stand behind. Your notes or an interview transcript, the client's industry, the results with numbers, quotes you are allowed to use, and whether the client can be named.

- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.

Do you interview our client?
No, we work from your notes, a call recording transcript or written answers. In the brief we suggest questions to ask the client if you have not yet.
What if we have no exact numbers?
We describe the change in words and quotes rather than invent figures. Even one real number makes a case study much stronger.
Should the client approve it?
Yes, send it to them before publishing, especially quotes and figures. Revisions after their feedback are within your package.
