The welcome email on a phone

Files: a ZIP archive with 2 HTML emails built for email programs, with inline styles and an unsubscribe link, and 3 pictures drawn for them, ready to import into the client's mailing service. The pictures here are screenshots of the emails.

Client: Juniper & Oak, a small online shop of handmade ceramics and home goods. Task: two emails for their mailing service: a welcome email with 10% off the first order and a spring sale email with 20% off vases and planters, in sand, terracotta and olive.

The client and all details are made up.

About this service

A win-back email speaks to people who bought from you before and then went quiet. It should feel personal, not pushy: a short we-miss-you message, what has changed since their last visit, such as new products, a new address or better delivery, and a reason to come back from your brief, such as a code or a free extra. We write and build it with a clear button to your shop, menu, price list or messenger, and a footer with an unsubscribe link placeholder, which also lets people who have lost interest leave cleanly. Tables 600 px wide, one column on phones. We never invent discounts or news, and we do not choose who gets the email or send it.

What is included

  • What you getA ZIP archive with the HTML of each email and its pictures, and a preview on the order page.
  • A personal toneFriendly words for people who already know you
  • What is newNew products, services or terms from your brief
  • Your reason to returnA code, gift or free extra, only if you give it
  • Built for email programsTables and inline styles, 600 px wide, one column on phones

How it works

  1. 1
BriefYou say who the email is for, what has changed and what you offer
  2. 2
Emails and previewWe write the texts, draw the pictures and build the emails for you to look through
  3. 3
ArchiveYou download the archive and ask for changes within your package

What we need from you

Who the email is for (for example customers who have not ordered for six months), what has changed since then, the offer to bring them back with its exact terms if you have one, where the button should lead, and the sender's details for the footer exactly as they should appear. Optionally up to 5 pictures as PNG, JPEG or WebP: your logo and photos of your products, shop or work that you have the right to use.

We will ask you:

  • Who is the email for?
  • What has changed since?
  • What do you offer, if anything?
  • Where should the button lead?
  • Sender's details for the footer

Payment protection

You pay when you order, but the money is released only for accepted work.

  • Fixed priceThe package price does not change after you pay.
  • The money is reservedWhen you pay, the amount is only reserved. It is released to the service once you accept the work.
  • Checked before deliveryEvery result goes through a quality check before it reaches you, and you see it on the order page before accepting it.
  • Free revisionsAsk for changes within your brief as many times as the package allows.
  • Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
  • Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.

Questions and answers

How do I send it only to customers who left?

You pick them in your mailing service or shop, for example by the date of the last order. We make the email; we do not see your list.

Do I need a discount?

No. News, a new product or easier delivery often give a reason too. If you offer a code, we show it exactly as you give it.

What is the last email in the 4-email series?

A polite question whether they still want your emails, with a button to stay. Its link is a placeholder for your service's subscription settings link, and the unsubscribe link is in the footer as usual.

Can it show what they bought last time?

Yes, as marked placeholders for your shop's or service's tags, if it can fill them in. We do not connect anything ourselves.
