About this service
A transcript makes an episode searchable, quotable and accessible to listeners who are deaf or hard of hearing. We transcribe your episode from a link to the audio or video, with guest names, brands and show terms spelled as in your brief, and split the text into readable paragraphs for your show notes or website. You also get timed caption files for video versions on YouTube or Spotify.

What we need from you
A link to the episode file or video that opens without signing in, the language, and the names of the hosts, guests and anything else that must be spelled exactly.
We will ask you:

You pay when you order, but the money is released only for accepted work.

- Free revisionsAsk for changes within your brief as many times as the package allows.
- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Are speakers labeled in the transcript?
No. The transcript is clean text in paragraphs without speaker names; you can add labels while editing if you need them.
Can you send the RSS feed link?
Send a direct link to the episode's audio file or its video instead; a feed contains many episodes.
Are filler words like "um" kept?
The transcript follows the speech closely. Tell us in the brief if you want it cleaned up, and point out anything to fix in a revision.
