Course platforms and LMSs usually take captions as WebVTT or SRT files, and accessibility guidelines expect every lesson video to have them. We make captions timed to your lesson from a link, with course terms and product names spelled as in your brief, ready to upload next to the video. The same text comes as plain text you can attach as a lesson transcript.

A link to the lesson video (unlisted or a cloud file that opens by link), the spoken language, the caption language, and course terms or names that must be spelled exactly.

- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.

Can I order captions for a whole course?
One order covers one video by link. For a course, place an order per lesson or join short lessons into one file.
Will captions make my course accessible?
Captions are what guidelines such as WCAG ask for on recorded video, but compliance is your call; read them through once before publishing.
Can you open a video inside my course?
No. Files behind a course login cannot be opened; use an unlisted video or a cloud file that opens by link.
