All the answers and buttons are in texts.yaml, so the client changes a price or the hours without touching the code.
Files: a ZIP archive with bot.py, texts.yaml, settings.example.env (where the bot token and the sheet go, filled in by the client), requirements.txt and a README: creating the bot in Telegram, connecting the Google Sheet and running it on a small server or hosting. The bot sends the request but does not check the barbers' calendar: the owner confirms the time.
Client: a barbershop with 3 barbers that took bookings only by phone. Task: a Telegram bot with a menu: prices, address and hours, a booking form (service, day and time, name, phone) that sends each request to the owner's chat and adds it to a Google Sheet.

About this service
Requests to an agency come at any hour and often miss what matters: buy or rent, which area, what budget, when. This Telegram bot asks for it step by step. Its menu gives your answers: services, areas, fees and documents as you describe them. From Standard, forms for buying, renting and selling collect the property type, area, rooms, budget, timing and a phone and send each request to your chat and a Google Sheet for an agent to call back. The bot does not search listings, show live prices or connect to property portals or your CRM, and it gives no legal, mortgage or price advice: only your texts. We write the Python code and a README on creating the bot in @BotFather and running it on your computer, server or a hosting. It takes no payments or deposits; hosting and the token stay with you.

What we need from you
What the agency does, the areas you cover and your fees and terms exactly as they should read; the kinds of request you take (buy, rent, sell, viewing) and the questions of each; the chat or agents' group where requests should go; your phone, office address and website. Never send the bot's token or any passwords: the README shows where you put them yourself.

- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can the bot show our listings?
It can show listings you write into its texts, and in Premium you can broadcast new ones. It does not search a database or connect to property portals, so the texts are as current as you keep them.
Will it value a property or advise on a mortgage?
No. It gives no price, legal or mortgage advice; it only shows your texts and collects requests for an agent.
Can it take a deposit or a viewing fee?
No. The bot takes no payments; it can give a link to your own payment page.
Can clients book a viewing?
A viewing request with a wished day and time can be one of the forms. The bot sends it to you and does not check a calendar; an agent confirms.
Where does it run?
On your computer, server or a hosting with Python; we do not host bots, and the token stays with you. WhatsApp is not part of this service.
