All the answers and buttons are in texts.yaml, so the client changes a price or the hours without touching the code.
Files: a ZIP archive with bot.py, texts.yaml, settings.example.env (where the bot token and the sheet go, filled in by the client), requirements.txt and a README: creating the bot in Telegram, connecting the Google Sheet and running it on a small server or hosting. The bot sends the request but does not check the barbers' calendar: the owner confirms the time.
Client: a barbershop with 3 barbers that took bookings only by phone. Task: a Telegram bot with a menu: prices, address and hours, a booking form (service, day and time, name, phone) that sends each request to the owner's chat and adds it to a Google Sheet.

About this service
A good tour request already says where, when, for how many and on what budget. This Telegram bot collects exactly that. Its menu shows your destinations and tours in your words: what is included, your notes on documents and insurance. From Standard a form asks for the destination, dates or a range, the number of adults and children, the budget, wishes such as the hotel class, and a contact, and sends the request to your chat and a Google Sheet. In Premium, admin commands and a broadcast send your last-minute offers to people who started the bot. The bot does not search tours, check flights, hotels or prices or book anything; it gives no visa or legal advice beyond your texts and takes no payments, though it can link to your own payment page. We write the Python code and a README on running it on your computer, server or a hosting. Hosting and the token are yours.

Your destinations and tours as text: what each includes and your own notes on documents and insurance; the questions of the request form; the chat or the agency's group where requests should go; your phone, office address and website exactly as they should appear. Never send the bot's token or any passwords: the README shows where you put them yourself.

- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Will the bot find tours or show tour operators' prices?
No. It does not connect to tour operators, booking sites or flight searches. It shows your texts and collects requests; you pick the options.
Can a client book and pay in the bot?
No. The bot books nothing and takes no payments. It can give a link to your own payment page once you have agreed on a tour.
Does it advise on visas?
Only with texts you write and are responsible for. The bot gives no visa, legal or health advice of its own.
Can offers go to everyone?
In Premium, to everyone who started the bot. Telegram does not let a bot write to people who have not started it, and broadcasts must follow Telegram's rules.
Where does it run?
On your computer, server or a hosting with Python; the token stays with you. This service makes Telegram bots, not WhatsApp ones.
