About this service

Feedback is easier to give in a chat than in a long web form. This Telegram bot asks your questions one at a time: rating buttons from 1 to 5, a choice of options or a short written answer. From Standard each finished survey comes to your chat and a Google Sheet, so you see answers as they arrive and can sort them later. In Premium an admin command sends a survey invitation to everyone who started the bot, and the menu works in 2 languages. The bot asks only what you write and shows your thank-you text. It does not publish reviews, post them to review sites or reward answers; for a public review it can only give a link. Telling people how their answers are used is up to you. We write the Python code and a README on creating the bot in @BotFather and running it on your computer, server or a hosting. It takes no payments; hosting and the token are yours.

What we need from you

Each survey with its questions and the kind of answer for each (rating, options or text); the thank-you text and any link, such as your review page; where answers should go and whether to include the person's Telegram name; a promo code for the thank-you text, if you want to give one. Never send the bot's token or any passwords: the README shows where you put them yourself.
