All the answers and buttons are in texts.yaml, so the client changes a price or the hours without touching the code.
Files: a ZIP archive with bot.py, texts.yaml, settings.example.env (where the bot token and the sheet go, filled in by the client), requirements.txt and a README: creating the bot in Telegram, connecting the Google Sheet and running it on a small server or hosting. The bot sends the request but does not check the barbers' calendar: the owner confirms the time.
Client: a barbershop with 3 barbers that took bookings only by phone. Task: a Telegram bot with a menu: prices, address and hours, a booking form (service, day and time, name, phone) that sends each request to the owner's chat and adds it to a Google Sheet.

About this service
Most questions to an online store repeat: how much is delivery, how long it takes, how to return an item, which size to pick. This Telegram bot answers them from a menu of buttons with your own texts, so customers get an answer at night too, and anything else comes to you as a request. You give the answers, your delivery and return terms and links to your shop; we write the Python code, a texts file and a README on creating the bot with @BotFather and running it on your computer, server or a hosting. The bot answers only by your script: it does not check order status, stock or prices, does not log in to Shopify or any other service and takes no payments, though it can link to your shop's pages. Hosting it and keeping it running are yours, and the token stays with you.

What we need from you
The questions customers ask most and your answer to each; delivery prices, times and areas, return terms, size charts as text and payment methods; links to your shop, product pages and contacts exactly as they should appear. For Standard and Premium, the questions of each form and the chat or group where requests should go. Never send the bot's token or any passwords: the README shows where you put them yourself.

- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can the bot tell a customer where their order is?
No. It does not connect to your shop or a delivery service, so it cannot check orders. It can explain how tracking works, give a link to your tracking page, or take the order number in a form and send it to you.
Will it show prices and stock from my shop?
Only the prices you write into its texts. It does not read your shop, so when prices change, change the texts file and restart the bot, or ask us within your package.
Can customers pay in the bot?
No. It can give a link to your shop's own checkout or payment page, but it takes no payments itself.
Where does the bot run?
On your computer, server or a hosting with Python, which you choose and pay for. We do not host bots for clients, and the token stays with you.
Can it work in WhatsApp too?
Not in this service: it is a Telegram bot. A WhatsApp bot needs the WhatsApp Business API and an approved business account.
