About this service

A chat bot for your customers or your community that answers by the script you give it: a menu of buttons, ready answers to common questions (prices, opening hours, address, delivery) and forms that take a request, a booking or an order step by step and send it to you. It is made for Telegram, Discord or Slack and written in Python. Describe what the bot should do and give its texts and answers, and we write the code. You get an archive with the code, a settings file and a README that explains, step by step, how to create the bot on the platform and get its token (for Telegram, with @BotFather) and how to run it on your own computer, server or a hosting that runs Python. The bot answers only by your script: it does not make up answers, take payments or log in to other services. A booking form takes the request and sends it to you; it does not check a calendar. Hosting the bot and keeping it running are on your side; we do not run bots for clients.

What we need from you

The platform: Telegram, Discord or Slack. What the bot should do, and its texts: the menu buttons, the answers, the questions of each form and where requests should go (your chat, a group or a Google Sheet). Your contacts and links exactly as they should appear. Never send the bot's token or any passwords: the README explains where you put them yourself.
