In our walk-through you mentioned three pain points: kitchens that look tired by noon, meeting rooms not reset after events, and a current contractor who skips tasks without telling you.

Daily evening clean (Mon–Fri, 7–10 pm) plus a midday kitchen refresh (12:30–1:30 pm), so your space looks good both for morning members and for lunch.
