What you can order
Texts that do a specific job: a sales proposal that leads a client from the problem to the price, or a set of names and slogans for a new company or product. Each service has three packages with a fixed price, volume and deadline, so you see the full cost before you pay.
How an order works
- Choose a service and a package. The price does not change after payment.
- Pay. The money is reserved, and the deadline starts once you fill in the brief.
- The text is written to your brief and checked before delivery: facts, style and every requirement you listed.
- You get the result on the order page. Accept it or ask for changes: revisions within the package are free.
The payment is released only once the work is accepted.
What to prepare
A short brief is enough: what the text is for, who will read it, the tone you want and examples you like. For a sales proposal, add your offer, your prices and the doubts clients usually have. For naming, describe the product, the audience and the names you have already rejected.
Questions and answers
How much does a text cost?
Each service has three packages with a fixed price shown on the service page. The price depends on the volume and does not change after payment.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Each package includes a set number of free revisions within your original brief; the number is shown in the package. A request that goes beyond the brief is placed as a new order.
What do I need to provide?
A short brief filled in after payment: the goal of the text, the audience, the tone and examples. It takes a couple of minutes, and the deadline starts once it is sent.
What if the text does not match my brief?
Ask for a revision with a comment on the order page. If the included revisions do not fix it, write in the order chat: the work is redone or the payment is refunded in full.
