About this service
Referees often agree to recommend someone and then ask them to "draft something". We write that draft from the referee's point of view, with concrete examples of the person's work instead of generic praise. The referee reads it, adjusts anything they would not say and signs it as their own letter.

Is it okay for the candidate to order this?
Yes, as long as the referee reads, edits and signs the letter as their own. Only use real facts they can confirm.
Will three letters sound the same?
No. Each has its own voice, structure and examples, so a committee does not see one hand behind them.
Can it be in another language?
Yes, name the language the recipient reads in the brief.
