About this service
A letter of intent means different things in different places: in a deal it sets out proposed terms before the contract, in an application it explains why you want the job or program. We write the version you need, with the key terms or reasons stated clearly and the next step spelled out. For deals we mark which parts are non-binding so your lawyer can review them.

You pay when you order, but the money is released only for accepted work.

- Free revisionsAsk for changes within your brief as many times as the package allows.
- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Is a letter of intent legally binding?
It depends on the wording and the law that applies. We mark the non-binding parts, but a lawyer should review any deal letter before you sign.
Is this the same as a statement of purpose?
For programs they are close. Tell us the recipient's exact requirements and we follow them.
Can you include figures I am not sure about?
We mark uncertain figures as placeholders so you fill in the final numbers yourself.
