Topping up the balance in the app

In the mobile app, orders are paid from your Dleex balance, and you top it up through the app store.

How to top up

1. Open the Profile tab and choose "Top up the balance".
2. Choose a pack: $5, $10, $25 or $50.
3. Pay in the Google Play window, with the payment method saved in your Google account.

Google Play shows the price in your local currency at its own rate. The balance is credited in US dollars, in the amount of the pack.

When the money arrives

We check each purchase with Google and credit it to the account that bought it, usually within seconds. If the payment is still being processed, for example a payment in cash or by bank transfer, the money appears once it clears. If the app closed before the purchase was credited, it is credited the next time you open the app.

Using the balance

The balance is the same on the website, in the app and in the API. You can pay for orders with it anywhere: see API and balance. Money on the balance can only be spent on orders, and is not paid out.

Refunds of a purchase

Refunds for app store purchases are made by Google under its rules: ask for one in Google Play. If the store refunds a purchase, its amount is taken off your balance. If the balance holds less, it goes below zero, and the next money added covers the difference first.
