Post 1 — Tip
Your plant isn't sulking. It's cramped.
3 signs it's time for a bigger pot:
- Roots peeking out of the drainage hole
- Water runs straight through without soaking in
- New leaves are smaller than the old ones
Spotted one of these? Bring your plant to our repotting bar. We'll pick the pot, you get your hands dirty. 🌱

Post 3 — Story
Meet Gus. He's 11 years old and has survived two moves, one cat and a very bad winter.
Gus was the first plant we ever sold — and the customer gave him back when she moved abroad. He lives by our counter now, a bit lopsided and very proud. Every big leaf on him is a year of someone remembering to water.
What's the oldest plant in your home? Tell us its name below.

Post 5 — Tip
Most houseplants die in winter from too much love.
Less light means slower growth, and slower growth means less water. Before you water, push a finger 2 cm into the soil. Dry? Water. Damp? Walk away.
Save this post for the next cold snap.

About this service
Employees miss important news when it arrives through six channels at random times, and they stop reading when every message is marked urgent. We write an internal communications plan for HR or internal comms: which channel is used for what (email newsletter, Slack or Teams, intranet, all-hands, team meetings), a regular rhythm, how to announce changes in the right order so managers hear first, templates for recurring messages and the signs that people are actually reading. It works for a regular quarter or around a specific change such as a reorganisation or a new policy.

What we need from you
Company size and locations, the channels you use, what goes wrong today, upcoming changes or events, who sends messages (HR, leadership, managers), and the tone of your company.
We will ask you:
- How many employees, and in how many locations?
- Which channels do you use now?
- What goes wrong with internal communication today?
- Is there a specific change coming?

Questions and answers
Can you write sensitive announcements like layoffs?
We plan the sequence and draft clear, respectful wording. Have HR and legal review anything about jobs or contracts before it goes out.
Does it cover frontline staff without email?
Yes. Tell us how they get news, such as shift briefings, noticeboards or a messaging app, and we plan for those channels.
Can we get a newsletter written each month?
This plan includes the template. Writing each issue is a separate recurring order.
