About this service
Timetables, shift rotas, match fixtures and bus or ferry schedules are usually published as PDF grids, which are hard to filter, merge or reuse. Send the PDF and tell us how you want to use the data, and we rebuild it in Excel either as the same grid or as a list with one row per class, shift or departure (date, time, place, group, person). The list form is the one you can sort, filter and import into a calendar or booking tool.

- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Our timetable uses colours to mark rooms. Will that be kept?
Colours are not read as data, so tell us what each colour means and we turn it into a column. Without a legend, coloured cells are listed for you to check.
Can you make it a calendar file?
We deliver Excel only. The list is laid out so most calendar and booking tools can import it after you save it as CSV.
Can you read scanned documents?
A scanned PDF without a text layer is not accepted. Send clear photos of the pages instead.
Will the sheet have live formulas?
No, every cell holds a value. Add sums or lookups in Excel yourself after delivery if you need them to update.
