About this service
Every supplier sends its price list in its own layout, units and currency, so comparing them means reading three PDFs side by side and still missing a pack size. Send the price lists and tell us which products matter, and we carry each list into Excel and then build one comparison sheet: one row per product, with each supplier's price, unit, pack size, minimum order and currency in its own columns. Products we cannot match with confidence across suppliers are flagged for you, not merged by guess.

The price lists as PDF with selectable text, Word or Excel files or clear photos (up to 5 files), the products or categories you want compared, how products should be matched (by SKU, manufacturer code or name) and the columns you need.

- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Will you tell me which supplier is cheapest?
The comparison sheet shows prices side by side. With no live formulas and mixed units or currencies, the final choice is yours, and we flag rows where the units differ.
Will you convert currencies?
No. We keep each price in its original currency, so the rate you use is up to you. Add a rate column in Excel after delivery if you need it.
Can you read scanned documents?
A scanned PDF without a text layer is not accepted. Send clear photos of the pages instead.
Will the sheet have live formulas?
No, every cell holds a value. Add sums or lookups in Excel yourself after delivery if you need them to update.
