About this service
Registration forms, applications, inspection sheets or questionnaires arrive as separate Word or PDF files, and someone has to retype each one before the answers can be sorted or counted. Send the filled-in forms (several can be merged into one PDF) and we turn each form into one row of an Excel table, with one column per field, ticked boxes as Yes or No and dates in one format. Answers that are blank, crossed out or hard to read go into a separate list with the file and page instead of being guessed.

What we need from you
The filled-in forms as PDF with selectable text, Word files or clear photos (up to 5 files), the list of fields you need as columns, how to record tick boxes and multi-choice answers, and the date format. Hide personal ID numbers you do not need.

- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can you read scanned documents?
A scanned PDF without a text layer is not accepted. Clear photos of handwritten forms work if the writing is legible; unclear answers are listed for you to check.
The forms come in two versions. Is that a problem?
No. Each version counts as one layout: Standard covers up to 2 and Premium up to 5. We match the fields to your columns and note fields that exist in only one version.
Is my respondents' data safe?
We use the files only for your order. Send only the forms you are allowed to process and hide ID numbers you do not need.
Will the sheet have live formulas?
No, every cell holds a value. Add sums or lookups in Excel yourself after delivery if you need them to update.
