We carry every entry over into rows of an Excel workbook, one sheet per kind of document, with dates and numbers in the format you ask for. Simple and medium layouts work best, and anything unclear in the source goes into a separate list for you to check instead of being guessed.

Questions and answers
Can you read scanned documents?
A scanned PDF without a text layer is not accepted. Send clear photos of the pages instead.
Will the totals be live formulas?
No, every cell holds a value. If you need sums that update, add formulas in Excel yourself after delivery.
Will the table look like my original document?
No. We carry over the data into clean rows and columns, not the design of the page.
What if a table in my file is very complex?
Merged cells and multi-level headers can be read wrongly, so we list every doubtful place with its page for you to check.
Is my data safe?
We use the files only for your order. Hide full card and account numbers before you upload.
