About this service
Callers judge a business in the first seconds of its phone greeting. We read your greeting, IVR menu options ("press 1 for sales") and on-hold messages in a clear, friendly synthesized voice, slower on numbers and options so callers catch them the first time. Each prompt is separated by a pause, so you can cut it into the separate files your phone system needs. The voice is synthesized: tell callers so, for example in the greeting.

- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Will the file work in my phone system?
MP3 and WAV are accepted by most systems. Some need a specific WAV format; your system's admin panel or a free converter can change it.
Do you set up the IVR for me?
No. We provide the audio; you upload it and set the routing in your phone system.
Is this a real person's voice?
No. It is a synthesized voice, and callers should be told so.
